No. Card, UPI and net-banking details are entered on Razorpay. This website does not embed a live checkout form and does not store card numbers.
No. JEYARATCHAKAN is an independent freelancer. Razorpay is used to collect our professional fees. Billing setup for your product uses your merchant account; approval of that account is Razorpay’s decision.
After the written quote is accepted and the agreed advance is received through Razorpay, unless the quote says otherwise. Care plans start for the billed period after that period is paid.
No. We deliver the agreed screens and functionality. User numbers, revenue and uptime percentages are not guaranteed unless a figure is written into the quote.
Yes, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Work already done is ordinarily chargeable. Unused care-plan days follow that policy. Approved refunds are initiated through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 working days.
