Information we receive

This website does not operate a visitor-tracking system. We do not run analytics dashboards, advertising trackers or profiling cookies on this site.

If you use the contact form, you may submit:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Subject and message / enquiry information

If you write, telephone or send project files, we receive the details you choose to share on that channel. During an engagement we may also hold briefs, logos, copy, hosting credentials you provide, quotes and invoices.

Technical information automatically created by ordinary web-server operation on the hosting account, if any, is controlled by the hosting provider and is not used by us as a tracking product.

Payments through Razorpay

Agreed fees are collected through Razorpay, a third-party payment service. Card numbers, UPI credentials and net-banking passwords are entered on Razorpay’s pages. They are not collected or stored by this website.

After a payment we may receive from Razorpay a payment identifier, amount, status, timestamp and the customer email or phone associated with that payment, so that we can match it to your quote and issue a receipt.

Cookies

A session cookie is set only on the contact page. It protects the form against cross-site request forgery and discourages repeated automated submissions. It is not used to follow browsing across the site or to build a visitor profile. Other pages on this website do not set this cookie.

Purpose of collection

Enquiry and engagement information is used to:

• Understand and respond to your message
• Prepare a written scope and quote
• Deliver the agreed website or IT work
• Match Razorpay payments to invoices and keep accounts
• Handle cancellation, refund or grievance requests

It is not sold, rented or used for advertising lists.

How information is used

Messages submitted through the form are sent to the configured mailbox (info@theprofessionalstraders.in) using the hosting server’s mail function, once that address has been set. We may reply by email or telephone using the details you provided.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence, project files and payment records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the work, respond to follow-up, or meet a legal or accounting requirement that applies to the business. [Exact retention period to be confirmed, e.g. seven years for invoices if required.]

Security

Reasonable technical measures are used on this website, including output escaping, form validation and security headers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You should not send passwords, payment-card numbers or hosting root credentials through the contact form. Prefer a channel agreed after the quote.

Third-party services

Hosting, email and Razorpay each apply their own privacy practices. Following a link to a third-party website places you under that party’s policy. This website does not embed a payment checkout script or a third-party analytics script.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask what enquiry or engagement information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask that a record be deleted where we have no continuing need or legal duty to keep it. Requests can be sent using the contact details below.
