These terms apply to the website operated by JEYARATCHAKAN and to services requested through it.

Website use

The site is provided to describe the practice, explain services and prices, publish policies and receive enquiries. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it or to submit false or abusive content through the form.

Nature of the business

JEYARATCHAKAN offers freelance SaaS and web application services: MVPs, client or staff portals, subscription billing setup on the client’s Razorpay account, product websites, monthly care plans and feature sprints. Starting prices are published in Indian rupees. A description on the website is not itself a contract.

Formation of a contract

A contract arises when both sides accept a written quote that states the scope, fee, timeline and exclusions. Work starts after the agreed advance is received through Razorpay, unless the quote says otherwise.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Supplying content, logos, sample data and hosting or admin access needed to do the work
• Ensuring you have the right to use materials you provide
• Reviewing drafts within a reasonable time
• Paying invoices through the Razorpay link issued for that quote

Delays in providing content or access extend the timeline by the same period.

Fees and payment

Fees are in INR. A typical build is billed as an advance and a balance before handover. Care plans are billed for the period on the invoice. Payment is collected through Razorpay. JEYARATCHAKAN is not an official partner of Razorpay. Razorpay’s own terms apply to the payment transaction.

Intellectual property

Text, layout and graphics on this marketing website belong to JEYARATCHAKAN or their respective owners. You may not copy this site for commercial use without permission.

For client work: after full payment of the agreed fee, you own the deliverables created specifically for that engagement (screens, layout and code written for you). JEYARATCHAKAN retains pre-existing snippets, methods and tools used to produce the work, and may reuse them in other projects. Third-party libraries, fonts and stock remain under their own licences.

Revisions and extra work

The quote states how many revision rounds are included. Work outside the brief, extra modules, or further revision rounds are quoted before they are done.

No performance guarantees

We do not guarantee users, revenue, search ranking, or a stated uptime percentage unless that figure is written into the quote. We do not guarantee approval of any merchant, hosting or app-store account. We do not hold end-user funds or act as your payment aggregator.

Third-party services

Hosting, domain registrars, SSL issuers and Razorpay are independent providers. Their outages, fees and decisions are outside this contract except where the quote says we will arrange a specific purchase on your instruction.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JEYARATCHAKAN’s liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Policy modifications

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is the one published on this page. An accepted quote continues to be governed by the terms in force when it was accepted, unless both sides agree otherwise.
