Service Delivery Policy

Services are professional and digital. There is no physical shipping of goods.

How services are delivered

JEYARATCHAKAN delivers SaaS MVPs, portals, billing setup, product sites, care plans and feature sprints as professional services. Delivery takes place through a live URL, logins, files and conversation, not through dispatch of physical products. The Shipping Policy states the same rule for payment-page reviewers.

What you receive

Depending on the agreed scope, delivery may include:

  • A hosted application with the agreed logins
  • Application files, if handover of files is in the quote
  • Billing screens or Payment Link flow, where scoped
  • A public product website, where scoped
  • A short handover note

Format, screens, roles and revision rounds are confirmed before work starts. If a request cannot be met, that is stated rather than replaced with a different service.

Communication channels

Ordinary channels are email, telephone and, where both sides agree, a common video-meeting tool. The published contact points are info@theprofessionalstraders.in and +91 99442 96967.

Support hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST.

Response and delivery process

  1. An enquiry is reviewed to confirm that it fits the services offered.
  2. Scope, timeline and fees are confirmed in writing.
  3. The agreed Razorpay advance is collected.
  4. Work is carried out in the agreed stages and a draft is shared.
  5. After the included review round and the balance payment, deliverables are handed over.

We aim to acknowledge a new enquiry within two working days during published support hours. Project delivery dates are those in the quote.

Acceptance

If you do not send written objections within five working days of a handover notice, the deliverable is treated as accepted, unless the quote sets a different review window. Minor corrections within the original scope are still addressed.

Third-party dependencies

Delivery can be affected by internet availability, email providers, hosting panels and timely client replies. Delays caused by third-party systems or by late client inputs are not treated as a failure to deliver the professional work itself.

Settlement of fees is subject to Razorpay’s systems. A payment showing as successful in Razorpay is the usual signal that an advance or balance has been received.
