JEYARATCHAKAN does not ship physical goods. Delivery is digital.

No physical shipping

JEYARATCHAKAN sells professional SaaS and web application services. There are no physical products, parcels or courier dispatches. Nothing is shipped by post or logistics partner.

How deliverables reach you

Completed work is delivered by one or more of the following, as stated in the quote:

A live URL and login details for an application installed on hosting you control
Application files or a preview link by email
Another file-transfer method both sides agree in writing

Delivery geography

Because delivery is digital, there is no shipping charge and no restriction by Indian pin code. You need an internet connection and the access details required for handover.

Timing

Delivery dates are those in the accepted quote, subject to timely content, access and payments from you. Typical SaaS MVP work is measured in working days or weeks, not courier transit days. See also the Service Delivery Policy.

Failed or delayed digital delivery

If email or hosting is unavailable, we will retry through the same or another agreed channel. Delays caused by the client’s mailbox, hosting panel or missing access are not treated as a failure to ship goods.
